Launching New Series!

Hi! We are SO excited to announce that we are launching our new season and weekly content next Wednesday, March 17th!!! Thank you for you patience while we were shooting and prepping for an awesome series (details to come). Also excited to announce SXSW trip, in Austin Friday-Tues...e-mail us if you are going! We are bringing the camera, and will post footage- xo The Girls. P.S. We are being told a clip of footage will be on Carson Daly tonight (Wed) on NBC during the show at 1:35 AM (will hopefully post link after)...we didn't think our national TV debut would be in booty shorts (long story), but hey, it's NATIONAL TV...how fun!!

Happy Birthday to the amazing, lovely, talented and best friend EVER...Apple!! We celebrated last night with intense games of celebrity and apples-to-apples (ha, how appropriate!) Hope everyone had a fantastic break! After spending a lovely time with families, we are so excited to be back and working!! This week, we embark on a homesite makeover, and later this month, we'll be launching a super fun campaign- more details VERY soon! In the meantime, Apple forwarded this list to our bookclub and I thought it was really lovely:) xo Suri & Girls

HANDBOOK 2010

Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants..
3. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy .
4. Read more books than you did in 2009 .
5. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day
6. Sleep for 7 hours.
7. Take a 10-30 minutes' walk daily. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:
8. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
9. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive
present moment.
10. Don't overdo. Keep your limits.
11. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
12. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
13. Dream more while you are awake
14. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need..
15. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with His/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin
your present happiness.
16. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
17. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

We want to wish everyone a wonder holiday!! Suri & Shiloh are currently freezing in Pittsburgh while Apple is in Cali and skiing soon. Thank you to our wonderful friends and supporters this year- we've worked hard (though much of it behind the scenes) and are REALLY looking forward to '10!! Hope everyone is enjoying the rest of summer!! Despite our slow posts, we've been re-grouping and strategizing for the fall. SO much to think about and we are taking it all in. For example, tonight, we embarked on a field trip to see "Grey's Anatomy" creator, Shonda Rhimes speak very candidly about her journey. WOW. She is so smart, funny, and inspiring. Notably (this is funny to Suri), she too procrastinates before completing a script. See!! It IS part of the process. Thank you to Apple for being our ambassador of boldness and not-so-discretely handing over our card, haha. It was actually pretty funny- Apple was like "Here- your daughter can watch this" and she was like "Oh, is this for kids?" and all 3 of us starting talking at once like "No, er..all ages, but we don't swear, Spray Tan Rap, what?". She probably has no idea what we said, but perhaps she WILL take a leap of faith and be reading this..;) . IN ANY CASE, we look forward to kicking it into gear and posting again very soon because we miss that so much. Strategizing is almost harder:) Hmmm....maybe we should do a kids show.....
